We are pleased to announce that 10th edition of the International Journal of Sanitary Engineering Research (IJSER) has been published and it is now online. There are five different articles from different fields of sanitary engineering based on scientific findings. High qualified international scientists and experts sum up on the papers their investigations and discussions about the relavance of the issues of nowdays.
Two topics are dealing with food safety issues related to food handlers at different parts of food suply chain. One of the paper is about awarness and knowledge about foodborne viruses among food handlers and consumers. The second paper in the field of food safety is about food safety culture which is still largly unexplored and is getting more and more attention lately in scientific literature. In conecrn if there is any risk taking of highly polluted air in relation with population in the cities, an epidemiological study had been done. The aim was to investigate if ultrafine particles associated with morbidity and mortality for respiratory and cardivascular diseases.
